HOW TO REMOVE A DRIVE BAND

Using a pair of needle nose plyers, insert the tip of one jaw
into th e opening in the C clip.

Gently pull the clip from the shaft.  It comes off the
side of the shaft, not off the end.

The footman can be removed from the shaft.

When putting the clip on be sure the clip goes into
the groove in the shaft.  The clip will be damaged
if it is pushed onto the large part of the shaft.  If it
is damaged it is a common part found in hardware
stores for a few cent.  It is a C clip or E clip to fit
a 1/4 inch shaft.

Many people leave the second drive band tied to the back of their
wheel.  This makes it easier to change heads.
